Attention All Leon High School Seniors Class of 2012

 Wow, can you believe it is already time for the Class of 2012. This is my first time to offer this to any seniors so I am limiting it to LEON HIGH SCHOOL this year, mostly because my daughter is a student there and I just wanted to get my feet wet with one school. who knows next year maybe  bigger.  OK so we are offering The Platinum Senior Package which consist of

                                
  Basic Senior package : includes your senior photo shoot :   Also
         1. Cap and Gown shoot with you and up to 2 friends ( before graduation)

         2,  I will come to one event that you participate in during the school year and take photos                            ( Band, sports, Drama just whatever your main interest is in.)
         3. One random shoot that can be used for Prom, Homecoming, or some other event. You must submitt
              the event to me in time for me be availible and to approve covering the event.

   

 Now are you wondering if I am going to want your first born hmmm NOPE !!! I want to know who you are, what your dreams, goals are and how you plan to achieve them. I want to know where you see yourself in five years. I want a brief blurb on what your discovering is most important to you at this point in your life. Sounds hard right..........I also want it written with a bit of flair or creativity just don't bore me.

                                               
  So how much you write is not important it is the content you will be judged by. Who are the judges : Simply ME. I will take the emails print them all out and decide whos story intregues me the most. This is simply my way of giving something away that I am good at and that you will treasure for a lifetime. I still treasure my senior photos. It was the 80's and big hair with frosted streaks was popular....ahhhh those were the days.

 
 Ok so back to the contest. I will begin accepting emails on June, 15, 2011 and will accept them until July 15. That is one month to impress me. The photoshoots must be done in Tallahassee unless we make other arrangements. When the winner is decided we will sign an agreement so that we are clear on the whats, whys and whens also your guarentee that I will do what I said.  We have been working hard to get the new webpage up and running. We are going to start posting more photos here than on Facebook because of the way facebook displays them. It has become my new goal to get better at blogging so bear with us as we are just getting geared up...........


Photographing this couple this week was very special because I have watched this young lady grow up from a young girl to a now beautiful young lady.

 

                  It was a blast to hang out with Brittany and having fun. I have decided the old words are so very true.  When you love what you do it doesnt seem like work at all.

Valentines Heros

   Do you know someone who is separted from their family, in a position of protecting their country men? We want to make their Valentines day better. Leave us a line about any family that you know and we will choose 2 entries. We want to try to get this done and ready for Valentines Day so leave us stories about your friends or family.

          Welcome to the blog of M & J Photography. Here we will be blogging about what is going on with our world of photography and showcasing out work. The Facebook page will still be up and running this was only made to enhance that page. My cousin Nick is working on a webpage so hopefully soon we will be up to date and current with most other photographers in our area.  With the return of school things will be getting crazy for me but photography shall always be my baby.

     This blog will be short but sweet and since I am almost well shooting will be back in full motion and we have alot of shoots in the works. Which means alot more stuff to show to yall.
